Frequently asked questions about RTT®
Breakthroughs are achieved by understanding the root cause rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT® has such a significant impact; it addresses issues from the core for life-changing benefits.
As an RTT® professional, I am equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial in communicating with the subconscious mind and accessing and addressing whatever blocks there may be. From there, the mind can be reprogrammed for success.
RTT® has achieved phenomenal success in helping people overcome all kinds of challenges, including physical health issues, unexplained infertility, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias, addictions and weight management. Basically RTT® is a complete solution-focused approach and it can be used for many different issues.
RTT® doesn’t come from a single methodology. It combines the best in one technique. As an RTT® therapist, I can utilise 14 tools to use during an RTT® session ensuring the best most effective results.
The session itself takes from 1.5 to 2 hours. When booking an RTT® session, you will be asked to block 2.5 hours in your calendar
You will feel relaxed, like in a meditative state. Some people can feel a bit sleepy. It depends on the individual.
What is most important is to know that how you feel and what you feel are not indicators of how effective it is.
Certainly not what you see on stage!
Hypnosis is not some magical phenomena. It is purely scientific; it is this place where your mind is totally relaxed, exactly like when you first wake up or when you are totally relaxed at night right before falling asleep.
Hypnosis is natural state. Absolutely everybody has been hypnotised literally thousands of times in their life without necessarily knowing it.
Absolutely yes!
You have complete control throughout the session. You can talk, move your body, grab a tissue or even get up and leave.
You are more in control during hypnosis because you are totally focused on your own internal feelings
Hypnosis is an incredibly powerful tool to access your subconscious mind which is responsible for your feelings, habits, behaviours and even your personality. It’s also the place where your beliefs and memories are stored.
You can think of your subconscious mind as the autopilot part of the mind; the one you don’t normally have control over.
For any effective change to take place in your life, it has to be done at a subconscious level; thus the importance of hypnosis in treating anything and everything where willpower alone cannot do much.
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:
* Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
* Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over a short period of time.
* Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
The mind learns through repetition and it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit.
By listening to the audio you are making sure that the new neural pathways created during the hypnotherapy session are growing in strength.
I cannot stress enough on the importance of teamwork in this therapy or any other therapy.
When you sign for an RTT® session, start with a belief saying: It will work.
Most of my clients come to me through referrals, and this is the best indication of how effective RTT® is in helping people becoming free of their problems.
RTT® is effective and most importantly rapid as it goes directly to the root cause of the issue and will work on it.
The number of sessions varies from a maximum of 1 to 3. It all depends on the severity of the issue and whether you would like to work on different problems that are not related.
Both online or face to face sessions are equally effective. I am an online therapist mainly and I have treated hundreds of clients online using Zoom.
