What should I expect from a session?

I will help you to reach a deeply relaxed state that will enable you to focus on past events which led to the actual issue(s) you would want to solve.

You and I will cooperate as a team to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. Those beliefs are behind your thoughts, your feelings and your actions. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.

Once this has been achieved, I will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalised audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days in order to establish beneficial change going forward.

Pre-requisite: a commitment from your side to listen daily to the personalised recording for a minimum period of 21 days .
